We’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer with strong front-end technical skills and sharp visual taste to help drive our initiatives across the Super and Slite websites and apps. We want someone experienced, someone who can pick up any problem and help solve it. We expect a solid mix of design ability and front-end engineering skills.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship high‑impact marketing websites and landing pages in partnership with Design and Marketing.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to refine and elevate the core UI and UX for Super and Slite.
- Translate visual explorations into polished, responsive and accessible implementations with real craft behind them.
- Build and optimize end‑to‑end user flows to move users from A to B efficiently and intuitively.
- Articulate design–engineering decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback.
Who you are
- You have several years of experience leading and implementing interactive web experiences.
- You're comfortable moving between visual design, motion, and front-end engineering.
- You can build and maintain a robust design system with tokens, components, patterns, documentation, and usage guidelines.
- You are proficient with React and front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS).
- You understand UX flows, hierarchy, accessibility, and micro-interactions.
- You're known for exceptional taste, attention to detail, and a genuine love for craft.
